Peggy Sebera is a member of the Petaluma Arts Association and Petaluma Arts Council
Peggy’s paintings, in acrylic and oil, are often of the landscapes of Northern California.
“I LOVE THE EARTH and all its colors, shadows and shapes. I love to identify all the plants, the crops, the bounty of harvests. I watch the moon and the sun rise and set most days. In Sonoma, I stop often to paint or take pictures of the blue or gray skies, the vineyards and mustard fields and the cows! And I am most passionate about our rolling hills – be they red, green, golden or brown.
‘Yes, we have a beautiful MOTHER.’ These words by Jennifer Breezen, in her album Praises for the World, inspire and uplift me. It is my hope that my art will bring joy to others and convey the amazing beauty that is all around us here in Northern California and beyond.
When not painting, Peggy works as a personal coach to individuals and team leaders in organizations. In the last few years, Peggy has applied her coaching to focus on her own development as a painter. Her first painting experiences were in the South of France just 8 years ago!
